Dharma for Kids New Plymouth
Dianne Parkinson leads this after school class every Wednesday @ 4:00 - 5:00 pm during the school term at the Community Centre, 32 Leach St, New Plymouth
The class introduces young people to meditation, and gives simple teachings aimed at encouraging kindness to to others and keeping a happy heart and mind
The class also includes a creative activity based on the teachings
Parents are most welcome to attend the class and the age range is 5 to 10 years old, however this is flexible. The class is offered for a $5 donation
