meditations for mindful living
This short 4 week programme of drop in classes is based on the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness. It will cover ways in which we can transform life's difficulties into valuable spiritual insights; and offer practical ways to:
- improve our relationships
- bring greater patience, empathy and compassion into our daily life
- become the best we can be and live our lives with greater meaning, peace and happiness
Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace.
These drop in classes are suitable for everyone and you can start any week. There is no need to book.
