Our centre is based in Palmerston North, and there are a number of regular weekly classes and meditations available. These include:
- Weekly drop-in classes -most Wednesday evenings, 7.00 – 8.30 pm. Dates for this programme are listed below, and more details on the topics that we'll be covering can be found here.
- Simply meditate - most Tuesday mornings, 10.30 - 11.15 am. Dates for this programme are listed below.
- Prayers for world peace (monthly, Sundays, 11.30am – 12.15pm)
- Chanted prayers and meditations (times vary)
