refuge retreat, palmerston north, april 9

DSC00251

On retreat we take ourselves away from regular activities and concentrate on our spiritual development.

Going for refuge means finding inner protection by relying upon Dharma realisations, Buddha's blessings and help from Sangha.

Each year we engage in a short refuge retreat . There are three sessions during the day and you are welcome to come along to any or all of the sessions. The sessions will be guided Gen Kelsang Demo, with some explanation and beautiful chanted prayers.
