Saturday Morning Drop-in Meditation 8.00am - 8.45am

Start the weekend in a relaxed and peaceful way and learn to stay that way.
Lay Teacher Kathryn Simmonds will introduce you to a preparatory chanted practice, "Prayers for Meditation" and guide you through a progression of meditations. 
This is an ideal way to gain familiarity with a sequence of meditations and to build a personal meditation practice.
There is no need to book. Simply come along and enjoy a great start to the weekend. Beginners are welcome. There is no charge.
