Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in to any class. Topics include meditations for relaxation, for a clear mind and for a kind heart.
