ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us for this unguided retreat following our empowerment.
Homage to Tara, the Swift One, the Heroine
Tara means “Rescuer”. She is a female Buddha, a manifestation of the ultimate wisdom of all the Buddhas and our Holy Mother. We can rely upon Mother Tara to protect us from all inner and outer obstacles, fulfil all our wishes, and provide us with all the necessary conditions to help guide and inspire us along our spiritual path. There are twenty-one emanations of the principal Tara, Green Tara, and we can recite twenty-one verses of praise to request her help and receive her blessings.
10.00 – 11.00am
11.30 – 12.30pm
1.30 – 2.30pm

WHAT TO EXPECT
Everyone is welcome and invited to join us for our chanted Tara prayer practice, using the Liberation from Sorrow sadhana (prayer booklet).
NOTE: There is no cost and no need to book. And you do not need to attend all the sessions – just come along as you are able. Please, bring your own lunch if you would like to stay for the whole day. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.
