Learn some basic meditation techniques, and enjoy some very peaceful guided meditations.

When the turbulence of our mental busyness subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arise from within. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

This feeling of contentment and well-being helps us cope with the external difficulties and challenges of everyday life. It helps us respond to others more calmly and with greater warmth and caring.

This half-day course is designed to help you find and nurture your own mind's potential for peace and stillness. It provides a basis for continuing to practise meditation in your own time at home. And with practice over time, we can gradually learn to maintain a peaceful, happy and positive mind even in the most difficult circumstances.
