Each week we offer a variety of classes, which most are drop-in, and suitable for everyone.

Suitable for everyone, our drop-in meditation classes are a perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself.

General Programme (GP) - For all levels of practitioner, these drop-in classes offered at our main Centre in Palmerston North as well as in Feilding, Levin and Whanganui, include a Dharma talk and guided meditation.

Simply Meditate/Lunchtime Meditation (part of our General Programme) - Short, focused meditation sessions - 30 to 60 minute classes where you can learn meditations to relax your body and mind and find inner peace.

Chanted Prayers - Meditation prayers are offered at various times of the month to help us prepare our minds for meditation.
