If our mind is peaceful, we can feel calm even in the most challenging situations. We feel happier, and this is good for both ourselves and those around us.
In this half-day course, Gen Demo will guide us through a series of three breathing meditations that help calm the mind, reduce stress and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.
By practising these meditations over time, we can experience a sense of calmness and contentment that helps us cope with the external busyness and difficulties of daily life.
