In today’s hectic world, we often find ourselves suffering from tension, agitation, irritation, or worry at some time or other. These harmful emotions can blight our lives and have a negative effect on the way we relate to others, our feelings about ourself, our performance at work and much more. But it does not have to be like that.
This course explains the origins of these harmful emotions in our mind and how by working on our mind with meditation and mindfulness we can gradually reduce tension and worry and enjoy more and more relaxed states of body and mind.
With practice we can learn to become more relaxed in everything we do – at home, at work, and at play.
