“The next step in developing a daily meditation practice.”
Building on the skills learnt from the first half-day programme in this series (Learn to meditate - in half a day) and/or the skills that you have been practising during the drop-in classes during the week, this half day course will focus on developing mindfulness and alertness, so that we can start to develop better flexibility of mind and get more out of our home practice of meditation.
We will work on creating the inner conditions that will help us experience the lightness and joy that focussed meditation brings.
A perfect basis for greeting each day with the smile that comes from a regular and sustaining meditation practice.
(Note: If you were unable to come to the first in the series, or haven't been coming to the drop-in classes - don't worry! This half day programme is designed to accommodate beginners as well as those who have more experience in meditation).
